4ATP Bioluminescence
What in the heck is ATP Bioluminescence? ATP bioluminescence detects the amount of ATP, which is an indirect measurement of the amount of organic/food residue on a surface that has the potential to support microbial growth and also microbial biomass. In simple terms, it measures the dirt or filth on a surface indicating the need for cleaning and sanitizing. Bottom line, we test for it so you don’t have to worry about it. It is just another way we deliver peace of mind.
5UV Sanitation
What good would it do if we entered your facility and we were bringing in as many germs as we were trying to eliminate? This is why we sanitize our equipment and uniforms with UV before each service.
