Terms of Service

• This is an agreement for janitorial services between Oranje Commercial Janitorial “Service Provider” and you, the “Customer”.
• This agreement can be canceled anytime, for any reason, by either party with 5 business-days written notice.
• “Service Provider” agrees to provide a business cleaning services to the “Customer” in accordance with the selected package and frequency.
• “Service Provider” is estimating the cost based on the variables entered by the “Customer”. If “Service Provider” finds these variables to be incorrect or their are special circumstances or cleaning requirements which make the estimate inaccurate, “Service Provider” may require that the estimate be revised higher or lower. The “Customer” has the option to agree to this revision or cancel the agreement without notice or penalty.
• In some instances the “Customer’s” office or building may require an initial deep cleaning in order to bring the office into shape in order for “Service Provider” to execute their regular cleaning. In these instances, the “Service Provider” will notify the “Customer” of the additional one-time cost. If the “Customer” chooses not to purchase the initial deep cleaning, the “Service Provider” may choose not honor this agreement.
• Should the selected package or special offer include any free items (e.g. floor work, carpet cleaning, glass cleaning, a month free, etc.), and the “Customer” chooses to cancel this agreement before 12 months, the “Customer” would be responsible to reimburse the “Service Provider” for the cost of any free services performed.
• Selected Packages are described as follows. The frequencies of each service option within the selected package is at the discretion of the “Service Provider” based on their industry experience and the needs of the specific office.

    • Empty & reline waste containers
    • Spot clean entry doors
    • Wipe clean conference tables
  • Super Shine
    • Essential Clean +
    • Wall-to-wall vacuum
    • Wall-to-wall mop
    • Common area dusting < 6 ft.
    • High dusting < 10 ft.
    • Baseboards
    • Disinfect touch points
    • Spot clean interior glass partitions
  • Lux Sparkle
    • Essential Clean + Super Shine +
    • Interior of break room appliances
    • Private & cubical office dusting
    • Spot clean walls
    • Squeegee interior glass partitions
    • Machine scrub floors & grout
    • Wax vinyl flooring
    • Clean & extract carpets
• The “Customer” will be charged monthly using the credit card provided.
• Should the “Customer” choose to be invoiced and pay by check or wire, the “Customer” understands their may be an additional convenience fee each month of up to 10% the cost of the monthly invoice.
• “Service Provider” has the right to suspend service for late or non-payment.
• “Customer” is not permitted to hire, employ, or pay any of “Service Providers” employees or sub contractors for any work during the contract period and up until 24 months after the cancelation of this agreement.
